All materials sold by LooktideLabs LLC are supplied strictly for lawful research, experimental, and educational purposes only. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials and product handling standards, all sales are generally considered final except as expressly stated below. All orders are subject to review and acceptance. Because research materials require controlled handling, storage expectations, and order accountability, all sales are final once an order has been processed, except in cases where LooktideLabs determines that a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate in its sole discretion.
